The all-new Jewish Community Secondary School (JCoSS) in Barnet, North London, opened its doors at the beginning of the new academic year as planned, after a construction programme of just 78 weeks. Contractor Ardmore Construction completed the project in September 2010, putting its ability to meet tight deadlines down to its directly employed workforce and extensive in-house capability. As president of JCoSS, Gerald Ronson, chief executive of Heron International is leading the design and building of the project.
