Ardmore commendation at Organisational Culture Awards 2016

Ardmore was awarded a special commendation by OC Excellence at the inaugural Organisational Culture Awards.

The Awards recognise the UK’s leading companies and organisational culture that enables performance, underpins identity, shapes transformation, enables learning and hosts innovation. The ceremony was dedicated to celebrating powerful and inspirational organisational culture stories across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

We received a special commendation for Best Small & Medium Organisation, as well as being shortlisted in categories for corporate social responsibility and diversity & inclusion. The award recognises the substantial ambitions and values project we have undertaken in the last year, and the exceptional results achieved.
