Ardmore commendation at Organisational Culture Awards 2016
Ardmore was awarded a special commendation by OC Excellence at the inaugural Organisational Culture Awards.
The Awards recognise the UK’s leading companies and organisational culture that enables performance, underpins identity, shapes transformation, enables learning and hosts innovation. The ceremony was dedicated to celebrating powerful and inspirational organisational culture stories across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
We received a special commendation for Best Small & Medium Organisation, as well as being shortlisted in categories for corporate social responsibility and diversity & inclusion. The award recognises the substantial ambitions and values project we have undertaken in the last year, and the exceptional results achieved.
Magdalena Torba, head of HR said:
“We are delighted to be recognised for our positive actions in developing our culture and values. We are immensely proud of our achievements and to receive a commendation for Small & Medium Organisation at the Organisational Culture is an acknowledgement that we are on target.
“Whether working with third-sector organisations like Women into Construction, local authorities or socially focussed clients, our partners know that we’ll deliver. Sustainable job creation and personal development are at the heart of our learning and development initiatives, and the significant impact we have made to peoples’ lives through our employment and training programmes is borne out by the recognition we have received.”
