Canaletto is a 31-storey residential tower comprising 190 apartments, including studios to three-bedroom family flats and one penthouse, alongside a club lounge with terrace on the 24th floor for use by residents.  Situated next to the City Road basin, Canaletto has a double storey basement over the entire site footprint, which contains a residents’ swimming pool, spa, gym and cinema.

Canaletto is a tribute to quality and craftsmanship. The 190 exceptionally specified apartments, by world renowned designers Johnson Naylor and Martin Goddard, are each built to the highest standard, with bespoke kitchens and furniture, solid timber flooring and state of the art heating and cooling systems with touchscreen control.

Designed by internationally-lauded UNStudio, Canaletto’s facade is a critical design element, with its bespoke curved glass and metal facade spread over a series of three-to-five-storey clusters. Entirely self-delivered, we split the facade package into some 40 individual components, including the largest curved glass panels in Europe, an architectural mega-frame fabricated at our north London workshop, curved aluminium panels formed from multiple rolled and welded sections, and horizontal bands of GRC.
