Partnerships
Ardmore is a member of the Homes and Communities Agency Delivery Partner Panel (DPP) having been selected in the Northern and Southern Clusters with its partner First Base. The DPP is available for use by most public sector bodies and is a key procurement solution created to unlock and deliver the Public Land Initiative.
Ardmore frameworks include Notting Hill Housing Trust, Genesis Housing Group, London and Quadrant and the South Kilburn Partnership. We are also a joint venture partner with SEEDA on the flagship regeneration at Chatham Maritime.
