Design and build main contractor Ardmore has been listed as one of the most active construction firms in the UK in a recent survey by Building Magazine. First Residential Scheme Completed at Greenwich Peninsula

Ardmore Construction has completed City Peninsula this month, the first new-build residential development at Greenwich Peninsula, London SE10. Built for Bellway Homes, the scheme will provide 229 new homes – a mix of luxury and affordable apartments and town houses, just a few minutes walk from the 02 Arena and a two-minute tube journey from Canary Wharf.

Ardmore Construction has completed the final handover of the £8m mixed‐use scheme at Rope Walk, Maltby Street in Bermondsey, London SE1. The project, for Hadley Homes, includes 1300 sqft commercial space and 90 new one and two bedroom apartments ‐ 67 for private ownership (including eight penthouses), and 23 affordable units available through Southern Housing.

Ardmore Construction completed Winchester Place in Winchester Road, north London in just 108 weeks and has proved to be a major success for developer Galliard Homes. This £17.5m mixed development is set out in three blocks, ranging from three to eight storeys, providing a full range of spacious apartments, penthouses and townhouses, all built to the same high specification.
