Ardmore Construction has been appointed as main contractor, by client St George, at the Dickens Yard Phase II scheme. The scheme comprises the excavation and support to the two storey basement, the positioning and piling of the building supports and the installation of underground services.
Dickens Yard Phase II is the most recent in the collection of award winning new destinations by St George, which includes stylish Imperial Wharf adjacent to Chelsea Harbour, and Beaufort Park in North West London.

Ardmore has been appointed as main contractor by Goodenough College to deliver Phase II of the redevelopment of William Goodenough College. Ardmore is responsible for completing the entire £13.7m project, which will commence in August 2013 and includes the refurbishment, repair, and redecoration of London House and renewal of building services and infrastructure.

Ardmore’s Stratford Halo project has won the “Best Large Development of the Year” category at the prestigious Chartered Institute of Housing Awards in London. The CIH’s UK Housing Awards, which celebrate the dedication and commitment of organisations and professionals across the industry, were announced on 16 April 2013 at a prestigious ceremony in London.

Ardmore’s Bramshott Place Village has recently been awarded silver in The Best Retirement Development category at the prestigious What House? Awards in London. This comes within the same month that the scheme won the Best Retirement Scheme category at the Housebuilder of the Year Awards. ‘Bramshott Place Village is an impressive development that other players in the sector should aspire to’ was the judges comment when the Liphook retirement development was awarded silver in The Best Retirement Development category.

The Corinthia Hotel London has won in the “Best Suite” category at The European Hotel Design Awards 2012. The awards which celebrate outstanding innovations in the hospitality industry and hotel design in Europe, were announced on 20 November 2012 at a ceremony in London.
