As well as the benefits to our staff and the communities in which we work we are convinced that adopting a responsible approach across all aspects of our business will improve our operational performance, profitability and long term growth.

As a large company with unique in-house manufacturing and fabrication, we are able to make a positive contribution to:

  • Supporting local services, community programmes and businesses.
  • The employment opportunities and skills development of people in the communities in which we work
  • The reduction of carbon and waste throughout the company, in the projects we construct and throughout our supply chain
  • The skills, well-being and career prospects of our staff

Our strategic objectives will be achieved through the ongoing development of our Respect for People Action Plan, which will build upon existing policies and has 4 central themes:
