Successful Communities
Successful Communities are created by the people that live, work and relax in our towns and cities. How people interact with the built environment is of critical importance and we recognise the contribution that we can make by delivering high quality places, providing employment and business opportunities.
We take pride in the quality of our construction projects and the manner in which we carry out works, and our commitment to programmes such as the Considerate Constructors Scheme demonstrates the importance we place on minimising the impact of construction on commuinties.
The quality of local public services such as schools, street cleaning, health and transport, as well as levels of unemployment, crime and anti-social behaviour all impact on the success of communities.
An area where we can make a significant impact is through employment and training. Ardmore’s Employment and Skills Strategy, which is supported by project specific plans and local Resident Liaison Officers, maximise job opportunities for the local communities in which we work.
The relationships we have developed, locally and nationally, have been integral to our growth and success. These relationships have proven equally important with clients, local authorities, government agencies and suppliers as well as with the users of our buildings and the wider communities in which they are situated. If you have an idea you would like to discuss or would like to get involved please contact us on: CSR@Ardmoregroup.co.uk.
