Ardmore Takes Home Four Awards at the 2018 Considerate Constructors AwardsSat 25th May 2019
Projects at Sutton Point, Ram Quarter, Chelsea Waterfront and Canada Water have won Silver and Bronze Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards.
A silver award for Sutton Point was picked up by Ardmore’s project manager Sean O’Shea on behalf of the entire Ardmore team who recorded an ‘Exceptional’ score in every category, with the latest scheme audit noting that the visual impression of the site was ‘one of the best’.
As well as Sutton Point’s silver award, three other Ardmore projects picked up Bronze awards for demonstrating exceptional standards of construction. Ram Quarter, Chelsea Waterfront and Canada Water were all praised for their commitment to promoting the image of the construction industry.
The outstanding performance demonstrates the continued commitment and achievement from the company, after increasing its overall ranking among the Scheme’s 62 Partner Members from 31st to 3rd in 2018.
The Scheme has been rewarding the UK’s most considerate sites since 1998, recognising the contribution they have made towards improving the image of construction. The Scheme looks at the measures a site has put in place to be more considerate towards local neighbourhoods and the public, the workforce, and the environment.
