132 apartments and commercial space at ground floor, 5-8 storeys. RMA designed this urban block on Stratford High Street which sits in the gateway to the Olympic Site. The towpath has been revitalised with new finishes, lighting and surveillance in line with British Waterways long term aspirations for the canal. The design responds to the varied characteristics of the site with a bold, formal urban response to the boulevard gateway of Stratford High Street and the more relaxed modelled response to the canal.
