Centrium 1 and 2, Woking

Next to Woking railway station, Centrium 1 comprised 60 ‘affordable’ apartments in the east block and 180 apartments for general sale in the west block with some commercial units and parking spaces. Its extended oval form is 16 storeys high and follows Victoria Road and the railway. Opposite Station Approach, Centrium 2 is a nine-storey building of 48 apartments with undercroft parking.
