The project consists of 3 blocks – student accommodation (for Quintain Developments), 661 rooms of studio apartments design and fabricated by Ardmore. This design consists of basement, plus 16 storey tower. The second block is for offices, and consists of a basement plus 9 floors (constructed for rocket investments). The third block is a hotel with the end user being Premier Travel Inn, incorporating 238 rooms designed as a basement plus 11 floors.
