The project involved the Design & Build of various buildings on the existing Springfield Quay leisure park, located next to the River Clyde close to the centre of Glasgow. The works involved close liaison with the landlord’s management team and with existing tenants. Sensitive to the needs of these tenants the works were carried out so as to cause zero disruption to daily trading.
Shell and core construction of two buildings to provide 82,500 sq ft of floor space for future casino tenant and five restaurant tenancies. Steel frame construction with concrete suspended floors and aluminium rain screen cladding, polished block work and curtain walling to envelope.
