The project is the re-development of an existing live retail park incorporating Homebase & Sainsbury’s, which was carried out over 3 Phases. The work consisted of the demolition of 5 existing retail units and the diversion of site services and drainage to allow the construction of a 300-space multi storey car park, 5 new retail and 2 smaller office units whilst maintaining a live retail park.The scheme is a steel frame with composite insulated cladding and roofing. There are feature glass entrance canopies and large external service yards, together with a remodelled and re-surfaced public car park including new feature landscaping.
