Neptune Point, Harrow

Ardmore was appointed as main contractor for this substantial town centre mixed-use development which includes a nine storey residential tower elevated onto a landscaped podium to provide a 63,378 sq ft Morrisons.  The scheme comprises of 104 private sale apartments and 42 apartments for shared ownership of affordable rent.  The site is designed to generate 20% of its energy from renewable sources and is targeting a 33% improvement on building regulations. The concrete framed building is clad in a mixture of brickwork, insulated render, curtain walling, timber and aluminium cladding. The site is also bounded on three sides by roads and is located next to the station and Metropolitan underground lines.
