Novotel, Paddington

The design and construction of a new 206-key four-star hotel over 14 floors. The podium structure includes reception and lounge areas, restaurant and bar, leisure club, meeting/conference facilities, and other associated public and back of house areas. The project included infilling of the surrounding podium slab locally to the hotel, and associated landscaping and external works.
