The scheme consists of 48 Private and 21 Affordable units (to be acquired by One Housing Group), two office blocks, a Waitrose and shell and core commercial units. The project is to be carried out in agreement with the client on a on a fixed-price lump sum contract. Ardmore undertook the works as the result of an administrative receivership. The frame was already completed, however Ardmore completed the cladding and works in the basement and ground floor to shell and core stage and completed all external works to coincide with the opening of the Waitrose store. Access is via a private cobbled road. Constant maintenance of private single access road was required to ensure it met the local residents’ standards.
