The scheme consisted of 140 bedroom hotel and 16 affordable apartments adjacent to London Euston Railway Station. The hotel was constructed with full air-conditioning throughout and benefited from special needs facilities on each floor. Due to the location of the hotel, high specification double-glazing was used to achieve the Travelodge specification for internal noise.
The Travelodge also boasts a green pro-carbon print by using ground heat sourcing for water heating in its underground thermal pipe systems.
