Working for Ardmore
We’re looking for the best people
Successful companies are built on good people. We’ve always gone out of our way to find talent, develop it and reward it. We invest heavily in training and apprenticeships in order to find the skilled craftspeople and project managers of the future.
We also provide training and work experience for local people to give projects a stronger sense of identity and ownership and reinforce links with local communities.
Unsolicited CVs: in relation to speculative CVs received from providers without a prior assignment issued in writing by Ardmore’s Recruitment team, no fee payable by Ardmore will apply.
Training for graduates
For graduates, we have designed structured training programmes aligned with professional membership requirements from leading bodies including the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
Sorry we currently have no vacancies for graduates, please check back again soon.
Investing in the future
Some people are born to build but the skills of construction have to be learned. We’ve developed an award-winning apprenticeship programme for school leavers and adults, the success of which can be seen in the 55 apprentices currently working across our sites and workshops in London.
