January 16, 2026

This week we brought our colleagues together from across all of our sites for our 2026 Kick Off Meeting at our Hammersmith Civic Campus project.

It was a fantastic opportunity for our teams to meet in person, connect with colleagues from different sites and strengthen the sense of one Ardmore team.

We heard from our CEO, James Byrne, who reflected on the achievements and challenges of the past year, followed by Martyn Horne, Development Director, who shared an outlook for 2026 and the opportunities ahead.

Health and safety remained a central focus of the day, with a powerful SafeStart presentation from Dr Luke Hands, HSQE. This was a strong reminder of why safety matters and the importance of ensuring everyone goes home safely at the end of every working day.

We also heard from Steve Kerslake about his charity, Construction Sport, highlighting the importance of looking out for mental wellbeing across our industry.

The day concluded with an open Q&A session with members of the board, allowing for honest discussion and engagement.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed. It was a very successful day and a great way to start the year ahead.
