Our work at The Whiteley in Bayswater, a landmark development that reimagines the former Whiteleys shopping centre, has been recognised among the UK’s most transformative residential projects.
Designed by Foster + Partners, The Whiteley seamlessly blends heritage architecture with a modern, world-class residential fit-out. We’re delivering the full internal fit-out of 139 unique residences, covering over 300,000 sqft of exquisitely crafted living space.
Each apartment is individually designed, filled with natural light and finished with exceptional materials. Our in-house manufacturing division, Paddington, proudly supplied much of the stunning stonework and joinery throughout the scheme.
Being recognised by the BCIA, one of the UK’s most prestigious honours in construction and infrastructure, is a proud moment for our team. This nomination reflects the creativity, collaboration, and commitment that went into delivering a project designed to enhance community living, sustainability, and long-term impact.
