We’re going behind the hoardings at Cambridge House, where we are transforming the Grade I listed former “In & Out” Club on Piccadilly into a landmark development. The scheme combines complex cut-and-carve structural works with the careful restoration of the building’s historic fabric, delivering a 102-key luxury hotel alongside seven super-prime residences.

At the heart of the project is the Palladian mansion, with its iconic portico and ballroom, surrounded by the restoration and refurbishment of Cambridge House and neighbouring Grade II listed buildings on Piccadilly, as well as adjacent sites on Half Moon Street, White Horse Street and Shepherd Market. Working closely with Westminster City Council and Historic England, the design balances heritage, retention and new-build elements, with interiors by Jean-Louis Deniot.

We’re now in the final stages of the transformation. The hotel areas are nearly complete, with kitchens and staff facilities ready for finishing, while the ballroom and heritage rooms are progressing well. Guest rooms and private residences are also advancing. The spa facilities, including the pool and thermal areas, are nearly complete, with remaining areas progressing in the coming weeks, alongside ongoing works to the front courtyard.

This is a complex and rewarding project that brings new life to an important historic building and we look forward to sharing the completed scheme.
