Last week our team successfully completed and opened the public realm at our One Carrington scheme.
Linking Piccadilly and Carrington Street, this major milestone is the first of several completions on the super-prime residential project.
Carrington Street is a landmark mixed-use scheme comprising the redevelopment of the former NCP car park at Carrington Street, to create 28 super-prime residential units and a significant commercial provision.
The new development includes an eight-storey office block with a gym, art gallery, bike store and below ground parking, together with a seven-storey residential block with a double height reception.
This project showcases what can be achieved through true collaboration, bringing together architectural ambition, craftsmanship, and technical excellence. From the intricate façades to the high-quality finishes, every element has been carefully considered to respect the historic character of the area while creating a striking new space for the community.
