Our team recently completed and handed over 204 new homes as part of our West King Street Regeneration project, which we are delivering for A2Dominion and LB Hammersmith & Fulham.
Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners and PRC Architects, and built across a series of new residential blocks, the scheme provides a mix of tenures and marks a major addition to the housing offer in the centre of Hammersmith.
Delivered as part of the wider Civic Campus regeneration programme, our works included a site wide basement and the full superstructure, façades, services and fit-out, alongside sustainability measures such as solar panels and a ground source heat pump significantly improving the sustainability of the scheme.
These completions form a major milestone within the £155m Civic Campus project, which will also see Ardmore deliver:
-The refurbishment and extension of the Grade II-listed Town Hall, with 15,000 sqm of office and public space
-Over 10,000 sqm of new commercial space
-A multi-screen cinema and leisure facilities
Once complete, the Civic Campus will not only be a modern workplace and community hub but also one of the most accessible series of buildings anywhere in the world.
We are proud to have played a key role in bringing this visionary project to life and look forward to seeing the Civic Campus become a thriving part of Hammersmith’s future.
