Our people are the foundation of our business and we continuously strive to recruit the best talent, develop, and promote within.
We celebrate the uniqueness of every colleague in our community and their skill, experience and passion are weaved into the fabric of every project we deliver.
We work together to leave a legacy not only for our clients and the communities we build within but within our teams. We mentor, guide and evolve together to become the best possible versions of ourselves.
Our plan
Delivering award winning schemes, with award winning people, across three construction sectors – safely, reliably, and collaboratively
Offering a long-term partnership with our clients, offering a long-term career path for our people, and helping our supply chain to grow and improve with us
Taking responsibility for past failures and promote quality and safety in all facets of the business

Tayna Farrell

Albie Langdon
Albie has been with Ardmore for just over 7 years now. He attended Kingston University London while doing his work placement at Ardmore, where he was able to gain valuable experiences, staying on top of procurement and other day-to-day tasks.
