This year, Time to Talk day was transformed into Time to Cycle day, bringing teams together to raise awareness for mental health across our sites.
We are proud to share that Ardmore Group’s Kensington Forum Hotel project was the first to take on the challenge in 2026, achieving an impressive 180.57 miles in just five hours.
A huge thank you to everyone who took part and to the Construction Sport team for their continued support in driving positive conversations around mental health. The energy on site was fantastic, with plenty of smiles throughout the day.
Special thanks to Ksymena Ball, Hannah Selvey, Mark Fleming, Dr Luke Hands and Liz Fitzpatrick, for making the day possible and for supporting engagement with 260 members of staff across the Forum project.
