We celebrated the topping out of all blocks at Silver Wharf, 3 Thames Road.
This is an important construction milestone that marks the completion of the buildings’ highest point. We were joined by the Mayor of Newham, Reef + Partners, and PIC to mark this important milestone. It was a great morning and a moment of real pride for everyone involved.
Situated on the north bank of the Thames, Silver Wharf is a striking new residential development where Ardmore is delivering 161 affordable homes in a rapidly evolving part of East London.
Our team is transforming the 0.4 hectare former industrial site into three new residential blocks ranging from 8 to 12 storeys. The buildings are being constructed with high-quality facing brick, feature banding, and architectural piers.
With the site bordered on three sides by existing buildings, the project has required careful planning to navigate the logistical constraints and maintain efficient delivery. Our phased construction strategy has ensured that the programme remains on track.
This scheme forms part of the wider regeneration of Newham and will provide high-quality homes in a well-connected riverside location. We are proud to play a role in the borough’s continued growth and look forward to completing these new homes to the highest standards.
