Tower Crane Dismantled at 8 Eaton Lane
This week we successfully dismantled the tower crane at 8 Eaton Lane, marking a major milestone in the transformation of Grosvenor Gardens House.
Dismantling a tower crane in central London, especially on a tight urban site, is a highly coordinated process. It requires meticulous planning, specialist equipment, and seamless teamwork to ensure everything is completed safely and with minimal disruption.
8 Eaton Lane involves the sensitive restoration of a Grade-II listed mansion block. Once complete, the development will deliver 42 super-prime residences. From elegant one-bedroom apartments to expansive five-bedroom duplexes — all designed with interiors that honour and elevate the building’s rich architectural legacy.
