TRIBECA has been awarded Best New Campus Development at the Property Week and Construction News Life Sciences Research & Clusters Awards 2025.

As London’s first purpose-built life sciences campus, TRIBECA brings together 600,000 sqft of science, lab and innovation space with housing, public areas and amenities. The campus also champions sustainable construction, including the Tribeca brick – created from clay excavated directly on site.

Beyond the buildings, TRIBECA is defined by its partnerships. We are proud to collaborate with the Royal Veterinary College, London Bioscience and Innovation Centre (LBIC), and The Francis Crick Institute, offering occupiers a unique ecosystem of specialist services and access to over 1,250 Crick scientists working on world-class biomedical research.

The judges praised TRIBECA’s flexible R&D design, commitment to the circular economy, and deep community engagement – recognising it as “a campus that is not only functional and future-ready, but also meaningfully embedded in its local context.”

With the first building, Apex, now complete and the rest due in 2026, we want to thank our partners, collaborators and everyone involved in bringing TRIBECA to life.
