We went behind the hoardings at Tribeca, our major life sciences development in the heart of King’s Cross.
Works are progressing across all five buildings. The Reflector building topped out in October 2025 and is on track for practical completion later this year.
At Plot C1, the Connector Building is weeks away from topping out, with envelope works and first-fix MEP underway. At Plot C2, the residential building has passed the halfway point on the structural frame, with envelope, fit out and MEP works progressing, alongside preparation of benchmarks and show flats, setting the standard for the 69 apartments.
Early structural works are underway at Plot C3, the Assembly Building, with preparations in place for UKPN transformer and switchgear installation ahead of site-wide energisation.
Project Director for the Tribeca Development, Eunan McMenamin commented:Â “The team at Tribeca are really firing on all cylinders after a well-deserved Christmas break.
