Our team has recently completed and handed over Carrington Street, a landmark mixed-use scheme in the heart of Mayfair.
The redevelopment of the former NCP car park created new residential units and a significant commercial provision, spanning a total area of 18,350sqm.
The seven-storey residential block, a reinforced concrete from with high-quality brick, stone and bronze cladding, provides 28 super-prime residences, ranging from one to four bedrooms. The interiors, designed by Natalia Miyar Atelier, incorporate bespoke finishes sources from around the world. Amenities includes an eight-storey office block with a gym, art gallery, library-style residents’ lounge, central landscaped courtyard, bike store and below ground parking, together with a seven-storey residential block with a double height reception.
This project combines elegance and individuality, sensitively designed around the context of the conservation area. The public realm has been enhanced through the creation of a direct public connection between Green Park and Shepherd Market.
This project is a true example of our team’s collaboration, hard work, and attention to detail.
