We have successfully achieved overall completion of Holland Park Gate, a landmark mixed-use development in Kensington, West London.
Located on the former Odeon cinema site opposite the Design Museum, Holland Park Gate is a luxury collection of residential units, private offices and world-class amenities. As main contractor on Phase 1, we delivered the design and construction of 61 super-prime apartments, including five penthouses, alongside a new basement, shell and core office space, cinema, amenity areas and a private spa and wellness centre.
