Ardmore is a large privately owned design and build contractor that provides a unique range of in-house services to guarantee the delivery of cost efficient, timely and high quality products and services. With an extensive capability based on in-house resources we offer a ‘fixed price and qualification free’ approach to major construction projects of up to £150m.

We were appointed as the first tier-one contractor at the Athletes’ Village, on Plot N02 to provide 298 apartments, initially for use by Athletes at London 2012, within seven blocks. As part of the Legacy project, post-games we have converted the athletes’ accommodation into Lifetime Homes compliant units for London’s key workers, in partnership with Triathlon Homes.

We tailor our approach on every project to reflect the requirements and aspirations of our clients to maximise revenue, while at all times constructing a high quality residential environment for the building end-users. Ranging from conversions and new build housing through to contemporary apartment buildings, Ardmore has established itself as the contractor of choice for many of the country’s leading house builders and residential developers.

The integration with our extensive off-site capabilities ensure we deliver high-rise projects using the most modern and effective methods of construction.

We have the proven capacity to meet the delivery requirements of all the major brand standards including some of the most prestigious projects in the marketplace acting directly for operators and developers.

We deliver mixed-tenure affordable units for a number of high-profile registered providers. We have seen significantly increased activity in cross-subsidy projects and we are ideally placed to maximise the benefits of this approach for clients.
