Ardmore Awarded Contract For Grosvenor Gardens Super-Prime Residential Scheme

March 2023, London – Ardmore has been awarded a £92m contract to deliver CIT’s Grosvenor Gardens scheme in Belgravia, London.

Set to complete in early 2025, the project involves the sensitive restoration of the existing Grade-II listed mansion block on Eaton Lane, including careful deconstruction of a rear section to facilitate a basement extension as well as major structural interventions to the remaining building and meticulous restoration of the Parisian façade.

Ardmore will deliver 42 super-prime residences, ranging from one-bedroom to five bedroom duplexes, with a luxury interior design that takes inspiration from the building’s rich history.

In addition to the new residences, Ardmore will deliver world-class amenities, including a pool, gym, business suite, grand reception, residents’ lounges, spa with sauna and steam room, and private cinema room.
