Handing Over Battersea Power Station Phase 4a

We’re currently handing over Battersea Power Station Phase 4a, the latest phase to be completed at the landmark regeneration of Battersea Power Station, to clients Peabody and the Battersea Power Station Development company.

As the main contractor on the project, we’ve successfully delivered 386 new homes for shared ownership and affordable rent across 7 blocks of up to 18-storeys.

We’ve also delivered the shell & core of a new 17,000 sqft NHS medical centre and 12,000 sqft of flexible workspaces for local entrepreneurs.

The site, which was originally occupied by a number of low-rise industrial buildings, runs adjacent to the main line railway – just 8 metres from the operational rail line.

Our team have worked hard for the last 3 years to deliver the development, and Ardmore are extremely proud to have played a major part in one of the most ambitious regenerations London has ever seen.
