Ardmore awarded Considerate Constructors Award for Fulbourne Road scheme

The Considerate Constructors Scheme has recently awarded Ardmore an impressive score of 42 out of a possible 50 for its Fulbourne Road scheme.The Scheme is designed to improve the image of construction across the industry and reward those who are performing beyond statutory requirements. Ardmore is an associate member of the scheme, and all of our sites are registered and operate in accordance with the scheme’s guidelines.

Fulbourne Road has been awarded a Performance Beyond Compliance Certificate after achieving an ‘Exceptional’ rating for respecting the community and securing everyone’s safety, and an ‘Excellent’ rating in caring about appearance, protecting the environment and valuing our workforce.

Site monitor Eddie Challand said:

Ardmore is working with Sanctuary Housing and Sherhill to deliver the £16.9m scheme of private and affordable units.

The high-quality and contemporary building is aiming for a Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, with a practical completion expected by September 2015.
