Ardmore wins national Considerate Constructors Award

Ardmore has been awarded with a national site award by the Considerate Constructors Awards for the fourth year in a row.

The latest success recognises Ardmore’s approach to the 125-home Fulbourne Road scheme, developed for Sanctuary Group and Sherhill, in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. The Ardmore team will be presented with the award at the Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards in April.

Scheme monitor Eddie Challen classed the project’s respect for the community liaison and approach to securing everyone’s safety as exceptional, saying:

“The site drives impressive youth employment and women in construction programmes. Community, once again, is exceptional benefiting from having a strong resident liaison team, exceptional employment consideration for both young persons and women. Environment is excellent as expected with it being a core value, excellent procedures and performance. Workforce continues to be excellent with facilities and occupational health provision at its best.”

Ardmore is working with Sanctuary Group and Sherhill to deliver the £16.9m scheme of private and affordable units.

The high-quality and contemporary building will achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, with all homes planned to be fully complete in Autumn 2015.
